Jake was excellent, quickly identified the problem and sorted it there and then. Provided really useful advice as well. Highly recommended. The wider booking system which got Jake to us was let down by misleading (over-optimistic) advice about when he/ the service engineer would get to us.
Your engineer Kane who called today was knowledgeable friendly and very helpful with his advice. His time keeping was good, and very respectful of our property.
Engineer arrived on time explained what was required and then fitted the ariel and tested. very polite and informative,
